Relithia’s innovative recycling process seamlessly integrates mechanical and pyrometallurgical techniques. We utilize low-temperature pyrolysis at 343.15 K, which efficiently decomposes the electrolyte and significantly reduces CO2 emissions. Our state-of-the-art mechanical process achieves an exceptional 96% recovery rate of lithium cobalt oxide, alongside other critical materials such as Nickel, Cobalt, Lithium, Aluminum and Copper. Our eco-friendly process establishes a new standard for sustainable battery recycling by enhancing resource efficiency and minimizing waste, leading to significant environmental benefits.
