Scrap Batteries Procurement FAQs
What types of battery scraps you accept?
We primarily focus on lithium-ion batteries from mobile phones and laptops. However, we're also interested in other lithium-ion battery scraps, such as those from tablets, power banks, and electric vehicles. Please include details of all lithium-ion battery types in your offer.
Do you accept batteries in any condition?
Yes, we accept lithium-ion batteries in various conditions, including end-of-life, damaged, or non-functional batteries. Our advanced recycling process can handle these effectively. However, batteries should not be leaking, swollen, or pose any safety hazards during transport.
What is the minimum quantity you'll accept?
We listen to offers with MOQ of 1kg. However, we understand that building up to this volume may take time. We're open to discussing smaller initial shipments as we establish a relationship and grow together.
How do you ensure fair pricing?
We analyze each offer based on factors like battery type, quality, volume, and consistency of supply. Our goal is to provide competitive prices that reflect the true value of your materials. We'll work transparently with you to ensure a fair deal for both parties.
Do you provide any support for collection or transportation?
At the moment, we don't directly manage collection or transportation, we can provide guidance on best practices. We're also open to discussing logistics support for long-term, high-volume partners.
How do you verify the quantity and quality of the scraps?
We carry out a thorough inspection and weighing process. We use advanced sorting technology to categorize the scraps. We'll provide a detailed report, and payment will be based on our verified quantities and categories.
How often do you expect shipments?
Ideally, we're looking for regular, predictable supply. This could be monthly, quarterly, or based on your collection cycle. Consistent supply helps us optimize our recycling process and can factor into more favorable pricing.
Is there a contract involved?
Yes, for ongoing partnerships, we'll establish a contract that outlines terms including pricing, volume commitments, quality standards, and payment terms. This protects both parties and ensures a stable, long-term relationship.
I don't have batteries to sell. How can I still contribute to your mission?
We encourage you to promote recycling awareness in your community. Spread the word about the importance of properly disposing of electronic devices and the value of lithium-ion battery recycling. You can also encourage local businesses, schools, or community centers to set up battery collection points. Additionally, if you have expertise in renewable energy, engineering, or related fields, we'd love to hear from you. Consider joining our team by sending your resume to [email protected]
